Worship includes singing and gathered church services, but the biblical idea is broader: offering your whole life to God in gratitude and devotion, not just an hour on a Sunday. Paul describes ordinary daily living, offered to God, as an act of worship.
Different Christian traditions worship very differently — from elaborate liturgy and ritual to simple, informal gatherings — but all aim at the same underlying thing: honouring God as worthy of attention and devotion above everything else.
